As a lifelong equestrian with more than 20 years of management and consulting experience, I understand the opportunities and challenges of making your way in the horse industry (and in business in general). I’ve been a client, a customer and also a provider of equestrian products and services. From boarding barns to board rooms, my education, experience and work ethic - combined with my passion for all things equestrian - give me a unique lens through which to view business practices and organizational effectiveness.
